Email Address Policy of our networking group
To encourage networking, all event attendees are provided with email contact details of the other attendees at that particular event.
We recommend that global e-mails to other attendees of DWIB should be sent only twice a year (a year running from 1st January to 31st December). Those emails should be only of a business nature and should clearly give people the option to opt-out. DWIB reserves the right to withhold attendance of any DWIB attendee who abuses this privilege. Senders should acknowledge that members have the choice not to receive global e-mails.
DWIB has the right to send global emails to our list of event attendees as and when appropriate, if you do not wish to be held on our mailing list after attending an event, please let us know by emailing Dawn: firstname.lastname@example.org
